Chicken Masala

The finest combination of pure spices and aromatic herbs for chicken.To cook 1kg chicken, at first wash & cut chicken in pieces and set aside. Fry chopped onions in 2tsp Ghee/edible oil till light brown in colour. Add 2-3 peeled slices tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and 4tsp Rajendra Chicken masala & salt (to taste) and stir well. Now add chicken pieces and fry them for 10-12 minutes. Add 150 gms beaten curd and keep it on low flame for 15-20 mins. Now chicken is ready to serve. For added flavours add 3 tsp. Lemon juice and ½ tsp. Rajendra Kasoori Methi and ¼ tsp. Rajendra Garam masala.

Chaat Masala

For Mouth Watering Tasty Chaat sprinkle Rajendra Chaat Masala on sliced fruits, shake with lemon juice (according taste) Delicious chaat is ready to eat. Rajendra Chaat Masala also makes salad ,aloo chaat, Dahi vada, Waffers, Namkeen , Papad, Burger, Pizza, Roasted Kaju, badam etc. delicious to eat.

Kitchen King Masala

Fry the sliced onion in the Ghee/Edible oil, add ginger and garlic paste and fry till golden. Add Rajendra Kitchen King Masala and salt (according taste) along with green peas and chopped tomatoes, cook them stiring well till peas are tender. Add sliced cheese and cook properly. Serve hot with Chapati, Tandoori Roti, Parantha etc.

Meat masala

The finest combination of pure spices and aromatic herbs for meat or mutton. At first fry chopped onions till golden brown. Put chopped tomatoes, Rajendra Kashmiri mirch powder, Rajendra Meat masala, meat or mutton pieces and stir well for some time. Add required water and salt and cook well on low flame and serve hot meat with Rajendra Pudina chatni and tandoori naan or bread and feel the difference.
